MANAGER

This position serves as an advisor to the organization's leadership and facilitates the talent management initiatives across the organization to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.

​

 Essential duties include:

  • Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the recruitment, training and organizational development processes to achieve organization goals and results.

  • Manage the maintenance and execution of the performance management system, including current job descriptions, standards of performance and performance evaluation instruments.

  • Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning.

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.

  • Develop effective relationships within the organization and the hiring community to impact the recruiting and hiring process.

  • Create and maintain an environment, through recruiting, training and development, of equal employment opportunity, diversity and competitive advantage.

  • Ensure that organization-wide training and performance management initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiency and effectiveness.

ADVISOR

This position helps in maintaining the business and the company's sales target.

Essential duties include

  • Develops base for long-term sources of clients by using referrals, occupational, and special-interest groups to compile lists of prospects.

  • Approaches potential clients by utilizing mailings and phone solicitation; making presentations to groups at company-sponsored gatherings; speaking publicly to community groups on the subject of financial well-being.

  • Determines clients' particular needs and financial situations by scheduling fact-finding appointments; determining extent of present coverage and investments; ascertaining long-term goals.

  • Developes a coordinated protection plan by calculating and quoting rates for immediate coverage action and long-term strategy implementation.

  • Obtains underwriting approval by completing application for coverage.

  • Completes coverage by delivering policy; planning future follow-up visits and evaluations of needs.

  • Provides continuing service by providing direct deposit forms; processing changes in beneficiary and policy loan applications.

  • Provides death benefits by delivering policy proceeds; reassessing client needs.

  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

  • Enhances insurance agency reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

  • Liaise with appropriate departments to resolve issues brought up by clients 

  • Consolidate investors & clients' feedback and seek to improve service quality and user friendliness of company's website
